SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Trendaze, we're dedicated to elevating your shopping experience to new heights. We recognize the significance of providing clear and reliable services. 

SHIPPING: Shipping costs vary by item and are calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, with potential delays during peak times such as holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times depend on the destination. Once we've processed and prepared your order for shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. While shipments usually take around 7 to 10 business days to arrive, occasional delays beyond our control may occur due to carrier issues. If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days of the original purchase, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

 

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Email us at hello@trendaze.com with your Name, Order Number and details for the refund request.

3. A 30-day money-back guarantee is in place, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once processed, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

4. For defective or misdescribed items, we cover the return shipping cost and promptly replace items that do not match our listing description or are defective. Please initiate returns within 3 days of the delivery date, ensuring items are in their original packaging and condition.

Trendaze reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the allowed 3 days after delivery.

    RETURNED TO SENDER: If the wrong address is provided, and the order is returned to us, buyer is responsible or the cost of having the item reshipped.  An invoice for the shipping cost will be emailed. 

    If the package is lost or destroyed, and we don't receive it back, you will need to submit a claim with your local post office.

    Please ensure you have a SAFE location for your order to be delivered to. We have no control over and are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages that result from being shipped to an insecure location. We do not offer replacements for orders marked "Delivered" by your Postal Carrier.

      ORDER UPDATES: Modifications to your order must be requested within the first 2 hours of placing the order. Any changes after this period cannot be accommodated.

      CLEARANCE ITEMS: Clearance items, sold as-is without guarantees about packaging, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

      WARRANTIES: Refunds and replacements are available within 30 days from the delivery date according to the tracking number.

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for Customs Duties, Tax, and charges, as these are not included in our base price.
